At Sharda Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Return Period – The customer can easily book the return within 7 days after delivery.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at shardaemporium1979@gmail.com or call us at 6239746497 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include your RA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Refund Timeline – The refund amount will be transferred within 7-10 working days after the return pickup is done.
How To Book Return – The customer can book the return online. Choose the ‘book return’ option in My orders section.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at shardaemporium1979@gmail.com or call us at 6239746497.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
